Ooh I would love to read that! Can you send or should I ask Tama? Have not seen him for a while, he was a great Teens tutor at Rātā. Yes, I am teaching my global Zoom classes now based around the gifts that verbatim practice offers to scripted dialogue... just finished 3 x 4 hour classes with 30 people from around the world together on Zoom, creating a great community together xx

It's publicly available. And a great read. I'll email it to you.

I loved reading this! All the diverse things you mention are so interesting in their very different yet linked ways... thanks Arthur! And all the very best with VoG, an awesome project and yes completely agree about non-mimesis xxx

I’m just reading Tama Smith’s thesis on presenting and re-presenting verbatim (where you’re mentioned a lot of course!). What a history to this form. And what a future. This is a rabbit hole I’m so happy to burrow into! It feels like this mode of people lending voice to another’s words has a ton of potentially helpful application in the modern discourse. I could really see it becoming a thing. Walk a mile in someone else’s shoes… talk a mouthful innsomeone else’s words
